Introduction:
Amprolium (INN, trade names Amprovine, Amprolium, Amprol, Anticoccid) is a coccidiostat used in poultry.
The product is a thiamine analogue and blocks the thiamine transporter of Eimeria species. By blocking thiamine uptake it prevents carbohydrate synthesis.
FUNCTION OF AMPROLIUM HYDROCHLORIDE:
1. Amprolium hydrochloride has a strong control effect on various coccidiosis.
2. Amprolium hydrochloride is used to prevent and treat coccidiosis in poultry.
3. Amprolium hydrochloride is mainly used to treat diarrhoeal coccidiosis, rectal bleeding, lack of energy, loss of appetite,dark feathers, paralysis and so on.
