【Product Features】
This bacterial strain is characterized by high-temperature resistance, strong stress resistance, and high enzyme-producing capacity. It effectively inhibits Clostridium perfringens. Produced using modern fermentation technology, the product offers stable and highly effective results.
【Functions & Actions】
Resistance & Germination: It is resistant to high temperatures, acids, and bile salts. It remains unaffected by feed pelleting temperatures, gastric acid, or bile. It exhibits a high germination rate in the duodenum and other parts of the small intestine, exerting its effects in a vegetative form.
Enzyme Production: Strong ability to produce various enzymes such as xylanase, cellulase, and protease. It participates in the digestion of intestinal food and improves feed utilization rates.
Antibacterial Effect: During the growth process, the bacteria secrete metabolites such as Surfactin, Fengycin, and other lipopeptide antimicrobial substances. These have a significant inhibitory effect on pathogens like Escherichia coli and Clostridium perfringens.
Biological Oxygen Scavenging: Bacillus subtilis rapidly consumes free oxygen in the intestinal tract, creating a low-oxygen environment. This promotes the rapid growth of beneficial anaerobes (such as Lactic Acid Bacteria) while inhibiting the growth of harmful aerobic bacteria.
Immunity Enhancement: It stimulates the growth and development of animal immune organs, increases the levels of immunoglobulins and antibodies, and enhances both cellular and humoral immune functions.
【Usage & Dosage】
Feed Addition: Add directly to livestock and poultry feed after gradual dilution. Taking a product with 100 billion CFU/g as an example:
Add 30-50g per ton of complete feed.
When used in combination with Bacillus licheniformis, add 15-25g of each per ton.
Drinking Water: Add 15-25g per ton of water.
【Precautions】
Store in a light-shielded, ventilated, dry, and pollution-free place. Avoid mixing with toxic or harmful substances.
Use as soon as possible after opening the original packaging; any remaining portion must be kept sealed.
Avoid inhalation during use. Prevent contact with skin or mucous membranes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with clean water.
【Shelf Life】
The shelf life of the product in its original packaging is 12 months, provided that transportation and storage conditions are met.
【Scope of Application】
This product is suitable for feed additives and livestock/poultry farming.
