Pharmacokinetics: The pharmacokinetics of Avermectin 2% Powder is significantly different due to different livestock, dosage forms or feeding way. Absorption avermectin is widely distributed in body tissue, and has highest concentration in liver and adipose tissue. Typically avermectin is oxidized into metabolites in the liver.
Within 5-6 days, Avermectin excreted by fecal accounts for more than 90%, urinary excretion only accounted for 0.5% -2%.
[Indication]：Avermectin 2% Powder is widely used to kill gastrointestinal nematodes, lung filarial and parasitic arthropods in cattle, sheep, horses, and pigs;intestinal nematodes in dogs, ear mites, scabies mites, and heartworm microfilariae, and gastrointestinal nematodes and poultry ectoparasites.
