Physical and chemical properties
White to off-white fine crystalline powder, odorless, tasteless, fine, and smooth. It is very stable to acid, alkali, and heat. Insoluble in water, caustic soda, and ethanol, slightly soluble in dilute inorganic acids.
The natural ore is refined to remove the inclusions such as marble and limestone. It is crushed, boiled with dilute acid, washed with water, and dried.

Application
Anti-caking agent
GB 2760-2014 stipulates that it can be used for cold fruit and speech, and the maximum dosage is 20.0g/kg.
CODEX STAN 192-1995: whey powder and whey products, excluding whey cheese, with a maximum dosage of 10000 mg/kg.
This product should be stored in a closed container. Talc powder, which is naturally deposited, cannot be used in food because it contains asbestos. Do not inhale into the lungs to avoid dust pneumonia.
