Physical and chemical properties

Application
Antioxidant
As a food antioxidant, lauryl THIODIPROPIONATE can be used in cooked nuts and seeds (only fried nuts and seeds), fried flour products, surface treated fresh fruits, surface treated fresh vegetables, and puffed food. Its maximum dosage is 0.2g/kg.
As a fat-soluble antioxidant, this product can be used in animal and vegetable oils. The effect is not as good as propyl gallate, butyl hydroxyanisole, and dibutyl hydroxytoluene. It should be used in combination with other fat-soluble antioxidants. The general code standard of food additives stipulates that it is used for: vegetable oil, lard, butter, fish oil and other animal fats, fat smears, creamy smears, mixed smears, frozen fish with batter, fish fillets, and fish products, including molluscs and crustaceans, with a maximum dosage of 200 mg/kg; It is used for water-based flavored drinks, including "Sports", "energy", "electrolyte" drinks and solid drinks. The maximum dosage is 1000mg / kg.
