Application

Bulking agent

GB 2760-2014 stipulates that it can be used for wheat flour and its products and baked food, and can be used in an appropriate amount according to production needs.


This product is mainly used as the raw material for composite bulking agents. When used as a compound bulking agent for baking food, its content is 10% ~ 25%. If 30-40g of the bulking agent is used per kilogram of flour, 3-10g of potassium hydrogen tartrate is contained per kilogram of flour.
