① LD50: the acute oral dose of mice is more than 10g / kg (BW). According to the acute toxicity classification, it belongs to the actual non-toxic level.
② Mutagenicity test: Ames test was negative.

Application

GB 2760-2014 stipulates that the maximum consumption of chocolate and chocolate products and cocoa products other than 05.01.01 is 10.0g/kg.
