Polyoxyethylene xylitan monostearate
Physical and chemical properties
Amber semi is a colloidal and oily viscous liquid. Polyoxyethylene xylitan monostearate is easily soluble in water, dilute acid and dilute alkali, and most organic solvents are insoluble in oils and ethylene glycol. Good heat resistance and corrosion resistance. Xylitol anhydride monostearate is obtained by condensation reaction with ethylene oxide in the presence of an alkaline catalyst.

②ADI：0～15mg/kg（bw）.
Application of emulsifier
Relevant provisions of GB 2760-2014: others (for fermentation process), the maximum dosage is 5.0g/kg.
This product is an O / W type non-ionic food emulsifier. Its emulsifying performance is equivalent to that of Tween. It also has the functions of foaming, defoaming, and dispersion. It has an obvious bacteriostatic effect and can be compatible with disc products with a synergistic effect.
