What is Carbasalate Calcium Soluble Powder?

Antipyretic and analgesic agent. This product is a complex salt of calcium acetylsalicylate and urea. After oral administration in chickens, carbasalate calcium is hydrolyzed to acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin), which is rapidly absorbed and primarily metabolized in the liver, quickly degrading to salicylic acid in chickens. The antipyretic, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory effects of this product are mainly mediated through aspirin.

Combined use with alkaline drugs will reduce the efficacy, so concurrent use is generally not recommended.
